I established Hollis Ford (formerly Juniper Mercury) in 1977. Over the years the business has grown from 4 on staff to 40. My success over the years has been primarily due to hiring people that love the auto business and who maintain a great relationship with our customers. I have lived in the Truro area all my life, spending my childhood years in Hilden and attending schools in Brookfield and Truro. I am married and we have one daughter. I enjoy traveling throughout Nova Scotia and taking in all the beauty there is here. I also enjoy home DIY projects. I joined Hollis Ford in 1996 as a sales consultant. In 2003 I took on the position of pre-owned sales manager which has taken to my current position. It's a pleasure to be employed by a local family-owned business. I look forward to helping you with any of your automotive needs.

I was born and have lived in the Truro area all my life. I am married and we enjoy going for drives, exploring the countryside and all the little out of the way shops in Nova Scotia. We enjoy all the unique antique shops along the way. My children, grandchildren and great grandchildren are all here in the Truro area as well. Truro is a great place to live and work. I have worked in an office/accounting environment for 38 years. I joined the Hollis Team in October 2021 and enjoy working here very much. I enjoy walking, swimming and skating. We also bowl on a league during the winter months.

A proud Nova Scotian, I started my first receptionist job at the age of 17 when I moved to Toronto. I quickly realized that reception was my happy place and have since worked in reception roles across several different industries. In 2018, I moved back home to Nova Scotia and continued doing what I love -- connecting with people and making visitors feel welcome. I joined Hollis Ford in January 2026 and am always happy to greet customers and help make their experience a great one.

I am a country boy at heart -- I enjoy ATVing, fishing, golf and just recently decided to take up playing drums as my oldest daughter plays both electric and acoustic guitar and my youngest plays violin and just recently took up bass guitar as well. My automotive background will show I have been in the industry now for 16 years with the last 10 years split between new and used car management roles. In my spare time, you can find me out on the four-wheeler trails, cruising the open road on my motorcycle, or at the campground with my family. I have been an automotive technician since 1980, and have worked for Hollis Ford as a Master Tech since 1991. I am married and have a son who is a carpenter. I have lived in Truro pretty much my whole life. I volunteered at the local homeless shelter twice a week in the evenings. I also was a volunteer firefighter with Truro for 24 years. I enjoy all outdoor activities and woodworking. Since having an injury to my shoulders, I am no longer doing mechanical work. I now handle the front parts counter at Hollis Ford. With my knowledge of Ford vehicles, I take pride in getting you the right part for your vehicle the "first time."

I am from Hopewell, Pictou County. I climb Mount Tom every day to get to work. I am married to a great lady named Rose. Rose is originally from Truro and we moved to Hopewell after we were married. I started work at Hollis Ford in 2003, left for 2 to 3 years, and came back in 2012. There are some good people working here and they all know their stuff.
